1966 Chevrolet C10
EXCELLENT CRUISER, GREAT COLORS, WOOD BED, 350 V8, 4-SPEED, POWER STEERING, NICE
The last year of the first generation of the Chevrolet C10, this 1966 is dressed up in the glossy two-tone paint and ready to turn heads anywhere you take it. With the classic styling that seems older than it is, the two-tone/fleetside combination is attractive, to say the least, and when you add the wood bed, Chevy 350 V8 and a 4-speed manual at your fingertips, you can see why we instantly fell in love with this old pick up.
The exterior of this truck is glossy and attractive. The paint is in excellent shape and appears to have been done correctly. The body is very straight and the chrome hubcaps and beauty rings really make the paint pop! If none of that catches your eye, the gorgeous wood bed certainly will. All in all this truck's exterior is one that you could proudly display at your local cruise in.
Open up the door and the first thing you will notice is that the vintage dual-spoke steering wheel gives you a terrific view of the factory gauges. The interior is in nice condition throughout and is in perfect condition for a fun weekend vehicle. There are a few minor imperfections here and there, but overall this interior could be rated as high-quality driver condition. Additionally, aftermarket gauges including a tachometer have been installed under the dash. With a 4-speed Muncie transmission in place, you'll want that tach!
Hooked up to the 4-speed transmission is what completes the package. Sure, there are some dress-up items on the engine, but this 350 has a little more bite than it may first appear. The 350 cubic-inch V8 has a four-barrel Holley carburetor, K&N air filter, and MSD ignition, coil and HEI distributor. Additionally, the headers add even more power as they guide the exhaust straight back to the glasspack mufflers. Front disc brakes ensure you'll be able to stop efficiently.
If you want a classic Chevy truck that is nicer than simply driver quality, this would be an excellent candidate! Contact Shelton Classics & Performance at 704-663-0432 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information
