1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS
KILLER COLOR COMBO, 350 V8, AUTO, FULLY RESTORED, A/C, PB, PS, WHITE INTERIOR!
In today's era of six-figure and seven-figure "collector" cars, the clean everyday classic cars often get overlooked. Which we feel is a shame, because that's where the enjoyment lies with owning a classic car - on the open road with the wheel in your hands! This is why we love cars like this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. Not only does it carry with it one of the most iconic Chevrolet designs of all time, but it has also received a quality restoration that has been very well-preserved over the years. This example is a fantastic value that is ready to cruise the streets just like back in the day!
When it was restored, this Camaro received a beautiful, high-quality repaint along with a new white vinyl top. The white stripes add a look that really accents the deep maroon paint and the white vinyl top stands out! Kept aesthetically true to original form, the only obvious cosmetic change is the addition of some tasteful Boyd Coddington wheels. The exterior is clean and straight, with the paint and top having been taken care of since the restoration.
Step inside this Camaro and it feels like 1969! This car will surely take older enthusiasts back to their younger days, and realize years of dreaming for younger enthusiasts. The interior is overall very nice with many new parts. The white vinyl seating is in excellent condition, and the perfect contrast to the dark exterior color. In a sea of cars with black interiors, dare to be different with this tasteful white! While all of the factory gauges are in place, a nice set of Autogauge gauges showing oil pressure, amperage, and the temperature gauge has been installed under the dash for accurate readings. This otherwise original-appearing interior is sure to make for a comfortable cruiser!
Under the hood is a small block Chevy 350 that runs and sounds great! A classic drivetrain choice for a classic car. Atop the engine sits a reusable air filter and chrome Chevrolet valve covers along with a set of performance spark plug wires. Additionally, aftermarket plug wire holders have been installed for organization and a clean engine appearance. Upon closer inspection, you'll see a set of headers that allow the engine to breathe a little better and a Mallory ignition and distributor is a much-appreciated addition from the old points distributors. Lastly, an original A/C compressor is tucked to the side, allowing for cool cruising on hot days.
This Camaro has the right look and is an affordable American icon. The mag wheels, vinyl top, and unique color combination create the perfect Camaro look. Combine that styling with a healthy small block Chevy V8 and a TH350 automatic transmission and this just might be the affordable little muscle cruiser you've been searching for!
